For website sellers

Find shops with no website, build one in minutes, and get paid every month.

SiteLocals maps local businesses missing a website, turns one into a finished site with AI, and gives you a live preview to show the owner. You close on the spot, then bill monthly.

The process

Find. Build. Sell. Manage.

One flow, from a pin on the map to a paying client.

1

Find

Open the map and look for orange Prime Pins: businesses with no website. Purple pins mark shops that only have an Instagram page.

2

Build

Pick a business and generate a finished site in minutes, from a template, with the sections editor ready for changes. Building is free. A new site starts locked, and 100 credits opens a preview you can show the owner.

3

Sell

Send a payment link and close on the spot. You set the price, and monthly billing keeps the money coming in through Stripe.

4

Manage

The owner gets a login to request updates, you keep a client record for every sale, and you can add paid extras like bookings, bio links, and review replies.

Step by step

How it works

Four steps from a pin on the map to a monthly payment.

1

A lead finder is built in

The map shows businesses near you, with no-website shops and Instagram-only shops flagged for you. No list to buy, no cold calling from scratch.

2

A real website in minutes

The builder writes the copy, lays out the sections, and uses the business's real photos first. Stock photos only fill gaps, and only as generic images, never as the business's own work.

3

Change anything, anytime

The sections editor lets you reorder sections, add blocks, and edit copy on the spot, before or after the sale.

4

You set the price and keep your share

Monthly billing runs through Stripe. You keep the creator share of what you charge, and the platform keeps the rest. The exact split is shown below.

Questions

Everything you need to close

How do I get paid?+

You set your own price for each site, as a build fee, a monthly plan, or both. Payment links collect the money, and you keep 90% of everything you charge. SiteLocals keeps a 10% platform share.

What does it cost to build a site?+

Building is free. A new site starts locked, and unlocking a preview costs 100 credits. Once the owner pays, the site goes live.

Do I need to know how to code?+

No. The builder generates the site from the business details and your template choice. You review it, adjust copy and images, and present it.

What if the business already has a website?+

SiteLocals focuses your time where it counts by flagging businesses without a web presence. You can still reach out to businesses with outdated sites. A fresh redesign is often an easy upsell.

Can I charge my own prices?+

Yes. Pricing is entirely yours to set per client. The 90/10 split applies to whatever you charge, so raising your prices raises your take.

How do payments work with Stripe?+

Payments run through Stripe. Creators who connect their own Stripe account get paid through destination charges with the split applied automatically. Without a connected account, billing runs on the platform account.

What are bio links?+

Bio links are simple link pages for a business, served at a short address. You build them in the bio builder, and a page with no price can be made live with one tap.

What else can I sell besides websites?+

Booking pages, bio links, lead marketplace listings, review replies, website audits, deals, and pop-up maps are all built into SiteLocals, so one client can turn into several lines of work.

What happens after the sale?+

The site stays live under monthly billing, the owner gets a login to request updates, and the sale is kept as a client record you can manage from your dashboard.

Is SiteLocals available in my area?+

The business map works anywhere listings data is available. Coverage of generated previews and payment collection may vary. The app will show you what is available where you are.

Can I show the site to the owner before they pay?+

Yes. That is what the preview is for. Unlock a preview, open it on your phone, and walk the owner through their new site before you ask for payment.
